The health and safety of our crew members and clients is paramount to our operations. This includes employee job site practices as well as following CDC guidelines during the current pandemic.
We believe information should be easily accessible to all involved with a project including crew members and property owners. That's why we use cloud-based project management software. All information about a project can be viewed by any team member when needed. We also have documented milestones along a project path where a client will be regularly contacted with a progress report.
The scope of a project can range from simple to very complex. Through conversation and by means of written estimates, we strive to ensure that each client thoroughly understands the options available to them as well as any boundaries involved. Then we work to fulfill that client's expectation.
Technicalities aside, our clients just want their projects to be completed so they can move on with enjoying their homes. We would feel the same and work with this in mind.
"How's your stress level?" is a common question heard in our offices. Work should be satisfying and not overwhelming. Keeping a sense of humor and optimism can ease the navigation of any challenge.
Humility is a requirement for everyone at Beeler Excavation. From new crew members learning the basics, to foremen and owners. Everyone must continue learning from each other and from experience.
Our company was built on many years of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. This hasn't changed for us. A project should be completed the right way, not necessarily the easiest way.
Crew members are always assigned to projects in pairs. This results in better decisions, smoother implementations, and a sense of camaraderie that moves our team to succeed together.
